  • Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). A CMA is a good resource to help set a competitive list price on your house. The CMA report on your property will help familiarize you with the market and assist you in making informed decisions related to listing and selling your home.

  • Follow Up on showings and regularly report to you about the selling status of your home.
